What led me to this path was living a long time out of alignment. Disconnected from who I truly am. Chasing external validation to measure my worth, to feel enough, to feel lovable. From trophies and medals, to A+ results, promotions, high performance ratings, feeling popular etc. It is exhausting living up to others standards. Everyone is unique. Everyone is doing their best with their own wounds and conditioning. With investing in an ongoing and deep self-awareness investigation, I have leveraged many tools, strategies, teachings, techniques and methodologies to call my energy back home. Learning and discovering who I really am. What I desire, going inward to deprogram conditioning, and remember what lights me up at my essence. I feel such a contrast in my health, wellbeing, mindset, energy, lifestyle. Living in alignment with my soul is so liberating and free. I want to enable everyone to have this joy and experience what is possible for their own authentic and sacred path.
