- A Core Gift is unique offering that you have, to share with others.
- It is connected to and strengthened by your life experiences – particularly your challenges.
- Knowing your core gift means you can better share it with others, provides focus to your sense of purpose and well-being and guides your decision making on your path forward.
- It develops through your lifetime touches all parts of your life and becomes more impactful each time you face new challenges or give your core gift in service to others.
The process
The Core Gift Discovery Interview process has 5 steps, it is a simple process but profound. There are typically 2 methods for discovering attributes, abilities or interests: inventory or profile-based measures “how are you like other people?” or discernment based “How are you unique?” Core Gift Discovery is an individual discernment process, only you can decide as you are the master of your own life and it is verified by using a 4-way decision making process – internal feelings, logical thinking, witness observation and passage experiences. It takes an hour to 1.5 hours and its fun. It’s different than an assessment or test in that there are no right answers, it is confidential.
